It was late afternoon when I flew into Incheon airport...

I was really impressed with the numerous displays at the airport including video animations and light shows timed to music. It made for a really welcoming and exciting experience.

It took around half an hour to get through immigration, baggage claim, and customs, then I made my way to the airport railroad (AREX). I took the all stop train to Seoul Station which cost KRW4550 (plus a KRW500 deposit that was refundable when I later returned the ticket at a refund deposit machine).

(There is also an express train from ICN to Seoul Station)

I then took the subway two stops to Myeong-dong which cost around KRW1000 (plus the refundable deposit). I then had a very short walk and after 39 hours since leaving home I made it to Hotel Prince!
