Seoul city tour

Today we hopped on our private bus to the Blue House and debated if it should be called the “Green House” (see the photo), then we visited:

• Gyeongbokgung and watched the reenactment of the Joseon dynasty guard changing ceremony,

• the National Folk Museum which had some great exhibits of past and present daily life in Korea,

• Bukchon village which was full of beautiful traditional Korean homes called “hanok”, and

• Insadong Alley where we enjoyed our first KFC meal (Korean not Colonel Sanders).

Followed by street food for dinner…
